Generational Health Network

Changing generations one life at a time.

What is the Generational Health Network?

The Generational Health Network (GHN) focuses on 4 pillars of health that will help end premature deaths in Black communities in America and throughout the Diaspora.

The pillars

The four pillars of the GHN focus on creating health in all aspects of our lives. The four pillars are: emotional/mental health, spiritual health, physical health and environmental health.

The sad truth.

According to the CDC, in 2019 the life expectancy for all Americans declined. It fell by 1 year White Americans. However, it fell by nearly 3 years for Black Americans and nearly 2 years for Latino Americans. The plight for Black men is even worse - dying an average of 5 years earlier than women.
